I'm Kazuma but you can call me Yuuma. I'm a hobbyist artist who only started a bit ago drawing furries, I mainly did "humanoid" arts and still learning in the Furry/Anthro matter.

• I'm not actually a furry but I enjoy drawing it.

Terms Of Service

Basic

By commissioning me, you are indicating that you've read Terms of Service and agree with them.

• I'm a Digital Artist/Illustrator- which means that my art is NOT ALLOWED to be sold on physical form (pins, poster and etc) unless I am the one selling it.
• DO NOT use any commission I made as Icon unless you're the commissioner. If it's a fanart, all I ask is to give me credits.
• NO ONE is allowed to copy, trace, edit or remove my watermark from my art. You're not allowed to claim my art as your own, even in the case of a paid commission.
• No one is allowed to mint my artwork as a NFT (Non Fungible Token). Any kind of my works/art, even it was commissioned, pre-existing or any other work, can not be minted into an NFT by commissioner nor anyone else.

PROCESS AND PAYMENT DETAILS

• Commissions are first come, first serve. And I have the right to deny your order in case I don't feel comfortable with what is requested. Do NOT insist. For exampe, I'm NOT a NSFW artist, so I don't draw NSFW in any shape or form. I don't do MECHA, GORE, NSFW (p0rn wise) + tba
• Payments are ONLY via PayPal. And all the process will have a giant watermark, including the final art. Unless you pay me fully, this watermark + underquality of final product won't be removed.
• Understand that my art process is like any, and I WILL be updating you constantly, and WON'T progress until you're ok with it.
• With said above, this means that edits on sketching and Lines are completely fine, but if you ask me to change for example the hand pose when you allowed me to proceed with painting, there WILL be a small charge for the change. So please check and let me know before I proceed anything.
• If we agree on a payment plan, you must stick to the agreed scheduled payments. You will receive what you are purchasing once you have paid in FULL. If you cancel your payment plan a refund will NOT be issued for what you have already paid.
• If you can't describe well, send me a reference or even a stick man doodle, this is a HUGE help. Any references of the character are required unless it is a Custom Commission, then please provide me all the references you have/want on it.
• All the prices will be given to you for each type of commission you want. If you can't afford, don't ghost me. Just be honest. I trully appreciate it. Failure of payment or ghosting after finished products result in a instantly blacklist.
• Refunds ONLY with a reason.

Misc

• In case of free adopts, please follow the rules on the post. If the base isn't mine, there's rules I HAVE to follow, and I ask you, please, do the same.
• You're not allowed to early sell my free adopts unless they have art made by you/art commissioned by you.
• People on blacklist are NOT allowed to own my designs. I don't mind if you're friends with the person, but I blacklisted the person with a reason. I WILL be taking back the whatever I've made for you.
• Trades WILL be voided in case the art given to me is traced, copied, stolen, etc. Anything I traded will be taken back and you'll refunded with your traced/copied/stolen art/character.
• Suspicious accounts WON'T receive any of the free adopts.
• If you're blacklisted and send a friend to bid/get the adopt, this friend WILL be blacklisted as well.
• Depending of the type of post, the adopt in question is first come first serve (unless is a BTA). Please do NOT get upset with me or the person who got first than you. DO NOT force them to give to you, because if I'm aware, you'll be blacklisted. Further escalations will cause me not doing the type of post.
• I gently ask you to NOT copy any of unique traits of my designs. Specially of my own characters. You can and SHOULD ask me if I'm ok with x y z.
• My customs are not a tool to spread hate against someone nor hate in general. If you do it, I'll be taking whatever made and you'll be blacklisted.
• If you commission me customs in a free base or a base I used in the past, please follow the rules of the base.
• You are NOT allowed to claim as the original designer of my customs, nor claim my artwork in general.
